No stamping Christmas Card. I used papers from AUTHENTIQUE "Christmas" collection. Inked edges with Distress "Shabby Shutters". Linen thread for bows from STAMPINUP. Sentiment I did stamp and its from NEAT & TANGLED "Bright Baubles" set which is part of the Catherine Pooler STAMP OF APPROVAL KIT. I layered front panel onto Ivory cardstock from Gina K Designs. Then layered that onto SSS "Schoolhouse Red" card base. Used a glitter pen around outside edges of card stocks and in parts of Santas face.

Christmas Gifts card. #SSSFAVE I used Simon Say Stamp dies "Soft Smowfall" and "Brilliant Gifts". I cut the tress from the die out of white paper then added "Wink of Stella, clear" for shimmer. I cut the Gifts out with 3 different papers, Simon Say Stamp "Apple Green" & "Surf Blue". I used a silver paper for the gifts and bow outline. I glued tress onto white paper that I distressed with Rangers "Broken China" distress ink. Then I glued the silver outline piece and added the colored paper pieces inside the outline piece. Added Wink of Stella to the blue & green pieces. I added snow with Alene's "Glitter Snow" and sprinkled Stampendous "Shaved Ice" lightly onto wet glitter snow. I used a piece of FUN FOAM on the back of that panel and glued it to a card base in SSS "Green Apple". The inside sentiment is Stampendous "Precious Bundle" wood mount stamp. The inside MERRY CHRISTMAS is SSS "Christmas" stamp set. The tree is left over from die cutting the front trees with the SSS "Soft Snowfall" die. I like this card so much be cars it's made with my favorite coastal colors!

Sympathy Card. I used RANGER "gathered twigs & rusty hinge" on cream paper. Stamped branch in brown (from ALTNEW Vintage Flowers). Sentiment is from IMPRESSION OBSESSION "Sympathy Sentiments" set. Tag is from MFT Traditional stitched tag stax. I don't know what company the leaf die is from. I used wink of Stella on leaves and a Stardust glitter pen on branches. The leaves and sentiment are attached with foam tape. I added copper dots with a PICO EMBELLISHER. I layered top panel to dark chocolate paper from GINA K DESIGNS. Then used a piece of copper shimmer card stock for the base.

Hero Arts Color Layering Dimensional Bird stamps & Dies. Get Well die from Paper Smooches. The wing, tail, leaf & branch are popped up with foam tape. I used a Sakura Gelly Roll pen in clear sparkle on all pieces for pretty sparkle. The tiny butterflies are from a tiny punch. I CAS'D the colors on the bird from Jennifer McGuire. Choosing colors for all the dimensional stamps on the market now are the hardest part to figure out but I LOVE THEM!

Wedding card. #SSSFAVE I used SIMON SAYS STAMP "Married" stamp set. I heat embossed the double rings in RANGER "Polysparkle" onto white paper. Then I added two thin strips of silver ribbon along each side. The cake was first heat embossed with metallic silver then I used an embossing pen to fill in the cakes and used RANGER Embossing Tinsel in BRIDAL. The other two sentiments are heat embossed as well in the silver and SSS Ultra Fine White on navy paper. I used silver paper and the dies that match the MARRIED stamp set. I used foam tape on sentiment pieces then silver thread and that sticks when the foam tape attaches. Added some rhinestones.

Using Dies as Stencils. I used SIMON SAY STAMP "Soft Snowfall" die to cut a stencil then used BO BUNNY "Silver Glitter Paste" over a piece of SSS "Seaglass" paper. I let that dry then cut a stencil from MEMORY BOX "Leaping Dear" and used the same glitter paste over the deer stencil. I used SSS "Merry & Bright" die and cut it with silver paper. I attached it to a strip of vellum. I put Glossy Accents on it and added silver glitter. I used PICO Embellisher in Wedding Dress to add the snow dots, snow on ground & trees and added a swirl design on the vellum piece. For the deer hoofs and eye I used Enamel Accents in Black. I love the dimension of using the paste.

Watercolor Shaker card. I don't know what company the stocking stamp is from but I'm thinking Hero Arts. I gold heat embossed it then colored in with Zig Clean Color real brush markers. I cut a window sheet and frame from Lawn Fawn SM & LG STITCHED RECTANGLES DIES. The papers are Watermelon Wonder from STAMPINUP & Surf Blue from SIMON SAYS STAMP.

Glitter paste. In Catherine Poolers "Stamp of Approval" kit are stamps and dies from Casual Friday's. I used those dies to cut a snowflake stencil. Then I used BO BUNNY "Gold Glitter Paste" over the stencil onto white cardstock from GINA K DESIGNS. Her 120lb heavy base weight card stocks are the BEST!! Then I layered that onto a pice of red paper. I used HERO ARTS "stamp and cuts" MERRY CHRISTMAS die and cut it out with red paper twice. I glued those together for added dimension then glued those to the snowflake panel. I wrapped red ribbon around one side and tied a bow.

Silver & White Christmas Card. I started by using HERO ARTS Stamp & Cuts "Merry Christmas" die that's part of the FANCY CUT CHRISTMAS set and used white shimmer paper. I attached a Window sheet to the back side with tape. Then added foam tape to make it into a shaker card. Added sequins from PRETTY PINK POSH then attached a piece of silver cardstock to the back. I cut the snowflakes from dies that are from Casual Friday's BRING ON THE SNOWFLAKES set which were only available in Catherine Poolers STAMP OF APPROVAL kit. I used STAMPINUP glitter paper for snowflakes. I attached those with liquid glue to the front panel. Then I used two glitter enamel dots from My Minds Eye.

SSS Oct 2015 card kit. #SSSFAVE I used TEXTURE PASTE IN WHITE CRACKLE FROM ART EXTRAVAGANCE over a stencil by PRIMA called SPARK. Let it dry then used RANGER DISTRESS INKS in "cracked pistachio, twisted citron & abandoned coral" over the texture paste making sure to overlap inks for a gradient affect. I stamped the heart from the SSS "I SEE YOU" stamp set in SSS Ultra fine gold Embossing powder. I water colored in the spaces of the heart with various Distress ink colors then added GLOSSY ACCENTS over it. I used same stamp set for the two sentiments which are also gold heat embossed with the same SSS powder onto a couple scraps of watercolored paper. I backed those with a gold shimmer paper. I used MFT "pierced heart stax" die to cut out a gold shimmer paper for the heart. Added foam tape to heart & sentiments and used lots of curled up gold thread on front of card then adhered the heart & sentiments to hold the thread in place.

I love how the crackle affect looks! 

Stamp of Approval kit. This kit from Catherine Pooler has so much included. I just read where her kits sell out very quickly so I'm glad I ordered fast! I used one of the included stamp sets called HOLIDAY FLOURISHES from The Ton Stamp Co. I stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment at an angle all over the whole piece of white cardstock. I used RANGER Archival Ink in RED GERANIUM. I layered that onto a piece of shimmering gold paper. I tied good ribbon around it then attached entire panel to a green card base. I stamped the holly leaves and berries from the set. It's a two step leaf set. Added wink of Stella to the leaves then filled in the berry stamp with STICKLES Red Glitter glue. I also added white dots with a PICO embellisher in WEDDING DRESS. Then attached that to a piece of gold shimmer paper and used foam tape to pop up. Easy!

CAS'd from Shari Carrolls card for SIMON SAYS STAMP. I used CLEARLY BESOTTED "Leafy accents" stamps and matching dies. I used DISTRESS INK on the stamps then spritzed with water. I laid watercolor paper on top of inked stamps and rubbed gently. Then I used the dies to cut them out. The sentiment is from SSS "Prayers" stamp set and SSS "Prayers" die. I inked a piece of the watercolor paper and used foam tape to pop up leaves and "prayers" sentiment. I then glued that to a piece of patterned paper that was included in the SSS NOV 2015 CARD KIT. I attached those layers to a brown card base. I used some perfect pearls mixed with water on the leaves and around the edge of the card base. Added GLOSSY ACCENTS to the PRAYERS die cut. SSS Nov card kit. #SSSFAVE I embossed the background in RANGER copper distress embossing powder using a leaf stamp from the kit. Then distressed it with RANGER DISTRESS INK in Gathered Twigs. I did the smooshing technique on watercolor paper then used SSS STITCHED MAPLE TRIO DIES to cut out the 3 leaves. I heat embossed the vellum with same copper embossing powder. The sentiment is from the kit as well and is called "Apple of my pie". I cut the vellum piece long enough to fold over the leafy paper and taped to the back so no tape would show through the vellum on the front. Then I attached both the dry embossed piece and the vellum piece to a card base. I used foam tape for the leaves.

SSS Nov Card Kit. This months card kit from Simon Says Stamp is full of all things food & family. I started with white paper and cut the opening then sponged on DISTRESS INK in Wild Honey & Scattered Straw. I attached a window sheet with tape to the back. In the kit is a pack of PEBBLES "Chips". I cut down one of them for the background of this shaker card. I attached foam tape to card top then added the filler sequins then attached the CHIPS background piece. I used more of the CHIPS to decorate card front. I did trim away the pie plate and added my own with a paper that's included in the kit. I attached both the milk bottle & pie onto front of the card. I had just made a pumpkin pie the day before my kit arrived so seeing the pie as one of the CHIPS inspired this card.

July 2015 SIMON SAYS STAMP CARD KIT. #SSSFAVE I used a piece of the patterned paper in the kit and cut it to make the top panel of underwater sea life. Then I used the included sailboat die and cut it 3 times from 3 different colored papers. I glued 3 pieces together to make it pop up. I used the included stamp set called "SAILING" and stamped the sentiment. The waves dies are from SIMON SAYS STAMP "Splashy Waves". I used 3 different colors of blue Distress Inks on them. Added foam tape to the back of waves, boat and clouds. The cloud dies are from Lawn Fawn. The sentiments were heat embossed with WOW embossing powder. I attached front panel to a piece of grey & blue cardstock from SSS. Wink of Stella on the clouds, waves & boat sails. Makes me want to take a cruise!!

Fall Shaker Card. I used TIM HOLTZ watercolor paper and "smooshing" technique for the background. Ink colors were spiced Marmalade, mustard seed & peeled paint. Smoosh ink onto craft sheet, mist with water and lay watercolor paper on top and smoosh around until you achieve desired effect. I dried the paper and smooshed several times. I then used SIMON SAYS STAMP "Stitched Grand Maple" die and cut out using the Sizzix Big Shot. I added a clear window sheet with tape runner and used foam tape along the leaf. I then stamped sentiment using GINA K DESIGNS "Thanks A Million" stamp set. I laid the watercolor piece upside down and added the sequins and beads inside the foam tape then attached sentiment piece to that. Then added whole panel to an A4 sized Brown card base. I heat embossed the "Happy Thanksgiving" onto brown cardstock using SIMON SAYS STAMP "Ultra Fine Gold" embossing powder. Sentiment is from SIMON SAYS STAMP "Essential Greetings" stamp set. #SSSFAVE

Embossed Snowflakes. I used STAMPINUP "Snowflake Soirée" stamps and embossed them onto white paper using RANGER "Silver Pearl" embossing powder. I die cut the skates using a CREATABLE die. I die cut the snowflake using LAWN FAWN "stitched snowflake" die. The glitter papers for the snowflake & skates are from DCWV "Glitzy Glitter" 6x6 stack. I used foam tape on snowflake & skates to pop up. I can't remember what set the sentiment came from but it's StampinUp. I attached the panel to an A2 sized card base in "Turquoise Sea" by Gina K Designs.

Easy die release!! Use EK SUCCESS POWDER TOOL in your dies before cutting. Paper releases SO EASY! Most just fall right off the die!

Paper piecing & punch card. My paper stash of 6 X 6 pads is overwhelming so I decided I better start using them rather than just hoarding them! The papers are GLITZ "VINTAGE BLUE" 6 X 6 paper pack. I used 7 different pieces in that pack. I saw the layout design on Pinterest. I changed it ever so slightly by adding doubled up flowers I punched with STAMPINUP flower punches. I added two golden strips behind circle. The circles were die cut with SSS STITCHED CIRCLES DIES. The sentiment is from SSS "PRAYERS" stamp set. I added WINK OF STELLA to the gold strips and flowers. Put an enamel dot in flower centers. I think I will do more of this paper piecing type card to start using up my stash of 6 X 6 pads.

OH SHIP! I forgot your BIRYHDAY card. I started with watercolor paper. I smooshed RANGER DISTRESS INKS on my craft mat & spritzed with water. I wet the paper as well then with a brush I picked up the color from the craft mat and put it on the wet watercolor paper to make a sky & sea. From the watercolored paper I used SIMON SAYS STAMP BORDER WAVES DIES to cut waves. I layered them on the bottom of the paper. I stamped the sailboat image onto a white scrap twice as I wanted to fussy cut it out and wanted it thicker. That stamp is from SIMON SAYS STAMP "SAILING" stamp set which was in the July 2015 Card Kit. I used markers to color the sailboat and tucked it into the waves. The sentiment is from SIMON SAYS STAMP "NAUGHTY NAUTICAL" stamp set. I heat embossed them with ZING "Denim" embossing powder. I also heat embossed the stars with HERO ARTS "white satin pearl" embossing powder. Added WINK OF STELLA CLEAR to the waves and navy sail stripes & flag. Attached foam tape to panel and put into a Navy card base.

Oct 2015 SIMON SAYS STAMP CARD KIT. #SSSFAVE I used a piece of the included paper and attached to black paper. I used SSS STITCHED SQUARES DIES and cut the red paper and one of the included Journal Cards. I put foam tape on the journal card and attached to the pink paper. I used the included SSS PAINTED HELLO DIE and gold foil paper to cut the HELLO out. I glued it on the journal card. Added gold sequins with RANGER MULTI MEDUIM MATTE. I wrapped gold string around card panel several times and taped it on the back of the panel then just tied a piece on the front for a bow. I attached the entire panel to the included off white card base.

Sending Hugs & Prayers card. I started with a piece of TIM HOLTZ KRAFT-CORE and sanded the edges. Attached to card base. I crumpled and tore a piece of patterned paper and inked with RANGER "Gathered Twigs". Attached to sanded piece. I cut out the maple leaves from SIMON SAYS STAMP DIES "STITCHED MAPLE TRIO" & "STITCHED GRAND MAPLE. I inked them with Ranger Distress inks then added Ranger CLEAR ROCK CANDY. After it dries it gives a crackle effect. I then sponged over them with distress ink GATHERED TWIGS for depth. The sentiments are from SIMON SAYS STAMP "PRAYERS" stamp set and die. I cut 2 of the prayers out and glued them together. Added WINK OF STELLA. I used foam tape on the PRAYERS and glued the leaves and sentiment. #SSSFAVE

BIRD CRAZY. I started by using several colors of RANGER Distress Ink on a white card base. I then used ZIG Clean Color water color markers on the TIM HOLTZ Crazy Bird images that I stamped several of each design on white watercolor paper. I heat embossed in clear embossing powder. I used the matching crazy bird dies and cut out. I used foam on the backs of the cut out pieces and attached to birds. Added WINK OF STELLA. I then used SSS Maple Leaf Corner die and cut it from black paper. I popped out the leaves to leave just the outline and glued it to card front. Glued down birds and added a sentiment from ART IMPRESSIONS "Girlfriends" stamp set. Don't you just love that CRAZY BIRD stamp set! Cracks me up!

Stamptember card. I had some paper left from the April SSS card Kit. I used SSS STITCHED RECTANGLES dies to cut a frame out of the patterned paper. Added foam tape and attached it to black card base that had been spritzed with PERFECT PEARLS spray. I used SSS BEST CIRCLE die and cut it out 3 times with silver paper and glued the layers together. Did the same with 3 white pieces of paper then stamped with a stamp from SSS BEST HUGS stamp set. Added rhinestones. The sentiment on the inside is MR & MRS stamp from SSS PERFECT LOVE stamp set. #SSSFAVE

Two step stamping. I used AVERY ELLE "Balloons" and die set. For each balloon I used two ink colors. Tap on first color well the roll edges of stamp in second color to get a gradient effect. Cut out with dies. Add Wink of Stella and tie a string around each balloon. Attach with foam tape to a watercolored background. Tape strings on back of panel then attach to a card base. Very Simple card.

Watercolor, die cut, embossed Greatful card. I embossed a French script background stamp in silver onto white watercolor paper. I added blue and green water colors using the smooshing technique and Ranger Distress inks. I stamped the Grateful in Versafine Onyx Black ink. The other words were taken from various stamp sets to say what I needed. The Grateful is from WINNIE & WALTER "the big, the bold & blessings" stamp set. The flowers were stamped with SIMON SAYS STAMP Hybrid inks and the stamp set is called "Flowers on my mind". Matching dies are called "2 flowers & 2 leaves". It's a favorite of mine. I attached the flowers with dimensional's and added the piece to black card stock then attached that to white card base. Wink of Stella on the flowers.

#SSSFAVE One of my very favorite card kits from Simon Says Stamp is the April 2015 Kit. I love the flower stamps in this Kit. The stamp set is called "Flowers on my mind" and you can buy the dies to match it called "2 Flowers & 2 Leaves". I used LAWN FAWN "Small & Large Stitched Rectangles" die sets to create a frame out of Simon Says Stamp SLATE card stock. I glued it to a piece of patterned paper from my stash. I used the same LAWN FAWN dies to cut the SLATE center piece and glued it in the middle of the patterned paper. I stamped the flower images with RANGER ARCHIVAL "watering can" and SIMON SAY STAMP "sunshine" inks then die cut them. The bottom flower is glued on flat and the top flower has pop dots attached to lift it up. I added sparkle Enamal Dots to center of flowers and of course I had to use WINK OF STELLA on the flowers and the SLATE outside frame piece.

Hero Arts Day. I used HERO ARTS Newspaper background & Large Canvas Stripes stamped with MEMENTO Gray Flannel & SIMON SAYS STAMP Maliblue inks. I stamped the bird with HERO ARTS Color Layering & Bird Branch stamp set. There are 3 stamps to make the bird. I started by stamping the base of the bird in stamped off Gray Flannel then the second bird stamp is in SSS Maliblue and the third bird stamp is in SSS Scuba ink. I die cut the bird with matching dies from HERO ARTS. The branches & leaves are from the same set and the branch has a die. I fussy cut the leaves. The flowers have a die as well but I fussy cut them. Same inks were used as in bird. I white heat embossed the sentiment onto SSS SLATE card stock and backed it with BAZZILL ROBINS EGG color paper. I added ribbon and WINK OF STELLA to parts of the bird and all leaves and flowers. The dots are from MY MINDS EYE. I used pop dots to pop up the Bird, sentiment & flowers. I decided after it was all done to add a little grunge so I used RANGER DISTRESS INK in Pumice Stone.

#SSSFAVE Sept 2015 Card kit. I used the acetate sheet to make a shaker card. Heat embossed the white stars on paper included in the kit. Used FUN FOAM to pop it up on SSS card stock.

Dimension with Dies. I stamped flowers from MAMA ELEPHANT "SWEET HAVANA" in SIMON SAYS STAMP INKS (cotton candy,Doll Pink, Goldenlocks). Leaves stamped with COLORBOX Moss Green ink. Pitcher in GINA K DESIGNS Honey Mustard. I then die cut the pieces. The background is sponged with Ranger DISTRESS INK in SHABBY SHUTTERS. I used foam squares to pop up the vase & flowers. Base paper is HEIDI SWAPP Favorite Things 6 x 6 pad. The sentiment is from Gina K Designs THE SIMPLE THINGS stamp set. I used WINK OF STELLA on vase & flowers. Attached all to a 120# white card base.

#SSSFAVE SIMON SAY STAMP DIES USED: CLUSTERED LEAVES, FAMILY & LOVE. I used ALTENEW VINTAGE FLOWERS to stamp the tag which was cut from a stitched tag die. Inks used were SSS LEMON CHIFFON, GOLDENLOCKS & SUNSHINE. Leaves were stamped using SSS JELLY BEAN & GREEN LEAF. I used a technique by JENNIFER MCGUIRE where you use a COPIC COLORLESS BLENDER on the BACKSIDES of the stamped images and color it ALOT and it will mute the stamped images making them appear to have been water colored. I LOVE this technique!! I cut the word dies out of black paper 3 times and layered them for a popped up look. Added WINK OF STELLA & GLOSSY ACCENTS on top. The base typeset paper is PRIMA Romance Novel. It's attached to card base with FUN FOAM. Tag has FUN FOAM as well.

Taking a summer break from my blog. Life happens!

SSS May Card Kit. #SSSFAVE I gold heat embossed the sentiments onto cream colored paper in the kit. The stamp set is SSS "CONGRATULATIONS" set included in the kit. I used a 1" & 1 1/4" punch for the ring and punched out of Gold paper. I layered 2 for added weight. I decided to make a tiny shaker out of the ring so I punched a window sheet piece and glued it onto the back of the gold ring. I added foam tape. I cut the diamond top for the ring out of the papers included in the kit. Again use two layers. I glued two crystal gems above the ring sentiment and placed a few more of the same gems at the bottom of the sentiment but did not glue those. Lay the ring piece on top of gems and add foam tape to big diamond and adhere to top of the ring. I decided to add GOLD WINK OF STELLA to the edges. Use a 1/4" corner rounder on all papers. Add some gold sequins for extra bling!

WARNING!! I ordered this set and the colors weren't right in my room. I didn't check their return policy first, my bad!, and when I went to their website to return it, I THEN found out they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BEDDING! WHAT???? Seriously????? That's crazy!! I sent 4 emails to the company asking for an RA number and have never received any follow up emails back from them! What kind of company is this!! Anyway I just want you all to know that if you order ANY TYPE of bedding, it is NOT RETURNABLE!!! Now I have 400.00 invested in a King set (never used) and no use for it! If you know of anyone who might be interested in purchasing this set (King size) please let me know. I will sell for 300. Thanks!!

Watercolored BIRD CRAZY stamps from Tim Holtz for Stampers Anonymous. I used various colors of RANGER DISTRESS INKS on watercolor paper.

BIRD CRAZY!!!! What are we saying? Put a title on them for me. I'm lost!I stamped the images in VERSAFINE ONYX BLACK INK then heat set withRANGER SUPERFINE CLEAR embossing powder. I then covered the birds withFINELINE MASKING FLUID PEN with a superfine tip. Let it dry. Watercolorthe background. Splash color on any way you desire as the MASKING FLUIDcreates a waterproof barrier over the bird images. Let dry. Then withyour finger, roll off masking fluid from the birds and water colorthem. I used a variety of RANGER DISTRESS INKS smooshed onto my craftmat and painted with a WATER BRUSH, med size tip. Let dry. Add WINK OFSTELLA to birds eyes. Mat onto black paper then use an orange cardbase. The finished size of my card is 3 1/2" x 8 3/4". I will need tomake an envelope for it with the WE ARE MEMORY KEEPERS ENVELOPE PUNCHBOARD.

LEGO BIRTHDAY CARD. I CASE'd this from Linda Aarhus at polkadotsandpaper.net. I changed a couple things. I used a DOT EMBOSSING FOLDER from THE PAPER STUDIO for my Lego blocks. The sentiments are from SSS "BIG BIRTHDAY WISHES" & "LUNCHBOX NOTES" stamp sets. Ink used is STUDIO CALICO- COLOR THEORY IN "SOMETHING BLUE". The YOU ROCK sentiment and the red Lego block are popped up with foam tape. My Grandson is really into Legos and his birthday is in May so for once I'm ahead on birthday cards! Hope he likes it as much as I do! Thanks LINDA for the inspiration.

Die cut flower card. I used SSS STITCHED HILLSIDE BORDER die to cut blue card stock. I stamped the sentiment from SSS "FLOWERS ON MY MIND" stamp set using RANGER ARCHIVAL "WATERING CAN" pigment ink. I attached that to an A2 white card base. I stamped and die cut the flowers and greens using REVERSE CONFETTI "Petals 'n Posies". I used several colors of MAMA ELEPHANT INKS. Some flowers and stems are popped up with foam tape. Added enamel dots to flower centers.

QUICK Birthday Card. The sentiment & pink paper are from SSS APRIL 2015 CARD KIT. The stamp set is called "BIG BIRTHDAY WISHES". I embossed the pink paper with an embossing folder from SIZZIX VINTAJ COLLECTION #658803. It has 2 small embossing folders and 2 sizes of steel butterfly dies in it. SSS ULTRA FINE GOLD embossing powder was used on sentiment. I added foam tape to pop up pink gift box piece. I used gold/white ribbon from STAMPIN UP for the bow on gift box. Such an easy card to make!

Sailor Man. I inked a wood grain embossing folder with RANGER "GATHERED TWIGS" DISTRESS INK, inserted paper and ran through my BIG SHOT. I deepened the color by distressing the paper with more GATHERED TWIGS DISTRESS INK. I cut two different sizes of flag banners out of patterned paper for one and white for the other then distressed with the GATHERED TWIGS DISTRESS INK. I ripped places and folded them then distressed again with same ink. The flag banner dies are from STAMPIN UP. I stamped the sentiment in ARCHIVAL INK "fern green" onto white paper and cut out with a circle die. I distressed it with the same GATHERED TWIGS ink. I added brads to the corners of the paper, added foam tape to the circle sentiment piece and added on top of the glued down banners. I attached this whole piece to a piece of dark green cardstock and added that to the brown card base.

STAMP, TAPE, EMBOSS.....DONE! This easy card uses SSS APRIL 2015 CARD KIT SUPPLIES plus some SSS ULTRA FINE GOLD EMBOSSING POWDER. The stamp set from the kit is called "BIG BIRTHDAY WISHES". Start with a white card base, stamp candles in various colors, add washi tape at top and bottom, gold emboss sentiments and add some WINK OF STELLA (if desired) to the candle flame. DONE!! #SSSFAVE

Watercolor Hydrangea. I stamped HERO ARTS "Hydrangea" wood mount stamp in RANGER ARCHIVAL "Fern Green" pigment ink onto watercolor paper. I smooshed RANGER DISTRESS INKS IN "Abandoned coral, Mermaid Lagoon ,Dusty Concord and Shabby Shutters" onto my craft mat the used a RANGER water brush to pick up color and paint it onto the stamped image. I cut it out with MFT STEEL DIES " IN & OUT STITCHED, ROUNDED SQUARES" die (3rd one from largest). I used the same die set to cut another piece of patterned paper from STAMPINUP. I attached that piece to a white card base that had been sprinkled with the LOST LAGOON watercolor mixture. I cut a few feet of copper metallic thread and positioned on coral layer and used a piece of tape to secure. I added foam tape to the Watercolored Hydrangea piece and attached over the copper threads. I cut two strips of white paper and colored with the LOST LAGOON ink so they would match the background. I stamped the sentiment in VERSAMARK and added RANGER SUPER FINE WHITE EMBOSSING POWDER then heat set. I cut banner ends and popped up with foam tape. I used RANGER "ICE STICKLES IN CRYSTAL ICE" glitter glue for some sparkle on flowers, banners and a couple places on the card. The white cardbase edges were rounded off with a 1/2" Corner Rounder from WE ARE MEMORY KEEPERS.

My husband turns 63 tomorrow so we decide to take a drive to the other side of the state. We went along A1A from Palm Beach to Boca Raton and stopped at 2 George's at the Cove Restaurant on the intercostal. This went by! WOAH!!!!! It's hard to believe people really live like that! What a beauty!!!
